As regulations or legislation may be amended, EasyasBonjour reserves the right to amend these General Conditions of Sale (GCS) accordingly, in order to comply with these same regulatory or legislative changes.

EasyasBonjour also reserves the right to modify or adapt its T&Cs at any time according to its own potential changes in operation. These will then be applicable as soon as they are published online.

These changes will not apply to orders already validated.

EasyasBonjour wishes to draw your attention to the fact that its activity as a Travel Planner, as well as the validity of its General Terms and Conditions and Legal Notices, are governed by French law.

Article 1 – Content – Subject Matter and Scope

The Customer will book directly with the service providers jointly selected by the Parties; EasyasBonjour is merely a search and referral service provider between tourism providers and customers.

These general terms and conditions shall apply to the exclusion of all other commercial terms and conditions, and in particular those applicable to sales via the internet or through other distribution and marketing channels.

These T&Cs govern the relationship between EasyasBonjour and any natural person acting in a personal capacity, excluding any commercial activity or resale of services, hereinafter referred to as «the Client», on the occasion of the sale of travel research, planning, and organisation services, hereinafter the Services, marketed on the website. www.easyasbon.

The Client undertakes not to resell all or part of the Services to a third party and/or to make any use of them other than purely personal use. Any other use made by the Client of the Services provided by EasyasBonjour will give rise to invoicing and compensation for all damages related to this breach by the Client. The Client may be brought to account for these actions before a French court.

Any order, evidenced by signature and unconditional acceptance of the quote, hereinafter referred to as the Order, implies unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs. The T&Cs are sent in addition to the quote provided by EasyasBonjour.

The Customer declares to have read the General Terms and Conditions and to have expressly accepted them before placing their Order.

EasyasBonjour would also like to draw your attention to the fact that its head, Ms Bonnie BRIAND, is French. Although she has a very good command of English, spelling and/or pronunciation errors are possible. This cancellation is sent by email.

After this period, and except in cases of force majeure, the amount paid as a deposit will be deemed acquired by EasyasBonjour, unless a better offer is expressly made by EasyasBonjour.

Article 8 – Arrangement of the right of withdrawal

EasyasBonjour hereby draws the Client’s attention to the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code:

«The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following.

The time limit mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day:

From the conclusion of the contract, for service contracts and those mentioned in Article L. 221-4.»

As well as the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code:

«The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:

For the supply of services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express and signed agreement and their express waiver of their right of withdrawal.»

Insofar as EasyasBonjour will perform the services within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract arising from the Client's return of the signed quotes and general terms of service, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

This disclaimer is documented on the quotation sent by EasyasBonjour.

Article 9 – Travel documents, formalities and travel insurance

EasyasBonjour endeavours to provide its clients with the maximum amount of useful information on the administrative and health formalities to be completed to travel to France. In order to be aware of the political and health situation in France, before and during your stay, EasyasBonjour recommends regularly consulting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to read the advice given to travellers and to be informed about potential risks associated with the destination, at the time of departure.
